Study On The Development Strategy Of Tianjin Port Under The Policy Of Free Trade Area

As the second batch of free trade pilot zones in China,Tianjin Free Trade Zone draws on Shanghai's experience in establishing a free trade zone on the one hand and relies on the development of Tianjin in the period of strategic opportunities on the other hand.The establishment of a free trade zone can provide a precedent for the wider northern region experience.After the formal listing in 2015,the FTZ has a great impact on the logistics and finance of Tianjin.Relevant enterprises generally consider this an opportunity.Tianjin Port also believes it is necessary to actively adjust its own development strategy to adapt to this policy change.This paper first analyzes the Tianjin Port from the four dimensions of policy,economy,society and technology through PEST analysis.Tianjin Port not only has a good policy environment;and the surrounding masses and enterprises also hope that the Tianjin Port will make a positive transition and reduce the pollution caused by bulk dust;the overall level of the regional economy in which it is located is also significantly higher than the national average In addition,Tianjin Port also has positive measures in terms of scientific and technological progress.Second,based on the actual situation of Tianjin Free Trade Zone,this article analyzes the Tianjin Port from the perspectives of advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and threats using SWOT analysis.The results show that there is a shortage of professionals in Tianjin Port at this stage,the level of informatization is not very high,the degree of logistics alliance is not strong and the service industry with high added value is lacked to a certain extent.The development of Tianjin Port needs to give full play to the condition advantages of port itself.Advantage of hinterland economy and the linkage between City and Port,make full use of the integration opportunities between the FTZ and Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region and strive to overcome the difficulties of serious port homogeneity and high degree of overlap in the hinterland and actively implement the new development strategy to realize the leapfrogging of Tianjin Port development of.After that,this paper predicts the container throughput of Tianjin Port from 2017 to 2020 by gray forecasting method and analyzes the development of container throughput of Tianjin Port since the establishment of Tianjin FTZ.The analysis shows that under the influence of the free trade zone policy,Tianjin Port is in a strategic adjustment period.Although the growth of container throughput slowed down in 2015,the growth rate of container throughput in 2016 markedly increased.With the deepening of the free trade zone policy and the recovery of the global shipping market,container throughput of Tianjin Port is expected to usher in a new round of growth.Finally,this paper gives the strategy of Tianjin Port development under the free trade zone policy.In implementing the specific strategy,Tianjin Port should actively promote the construction of an e-port.By strengthening informatization and network construction,Tianjin Port will provide the impetus for the construction of a dry port in the "Three Norths”belly area,expand the scope of business activities and provide customers with all-round general Service.In addition,we should actively cultivate professional logistics talents and accelerate the implementation of the strategy of strengthening the stronghold of talent.In the end,through the positive adjustment of its own development strategy,it will seize the favorable opportunities and realize the overall development goal of City development through the port.
