Research On The Problem Of "Stripping Enterprises Foe Social Functions"

Socialism with Chinese characteristics into the new era,with the economic development of our country enters the new normal and comprehensively deepen reforms with all its strength,and how to implement a separate government functions from enterprise management,promote enterprise burden,really set up to meet the requirements of market competition of modern enterprise system,improve the competitiveness of state-owned enterprises and vitality,is the key to promote the development of the basic socialist economic system.State-owned enterprises are the lifeblood of the national economy,which is an important material basis and political foundation for the development of the party and the state.Influenced by the traditional system and the planned economy,state-owned enterprises have undertaken a large number of social functions,involving many people and covering a wide range,which has brought a heavy burden to the state-owned enterprises.It is also an important content and task of comprehensively deepening the reform of state-owned enterprises.As a typical representative of A state-owned enterprise in Inner Mongolia,this problem is particularly prominent and representative.Firstly,this paper starts with the basic concepts and theories,and expounds the explicit concept of state-owned enterprises to organize the society by interpreting the relationship between government and market and government purchasing services.Secondly using the combination of case analysis and normative analysis method,studies the stripping enterprise of Inner Mongolia for social functions of the current situation and existing problems,and proposes countermeasures and Suggestions based on the analysis of the reasons.The research background and significance,research of theory,research method,and expounds the basic concepts and theories in the first part of this article,provides a theoretical basis to discuss and research stripping state-owned enterprises do society.The second part starts from the example of A state-owned enterprise in Inner Mongolia,and analyzes the current situation,problems and causes of the problems caused by the state-owned enterprises in Inner Mongolia.In the end,the general idea and suggestion are put forward for the spinning off of enterprises in Inner Mongolia.Currently,deepening the reform of state-owned enterprises are promoting comprehensive,stripping enterprises do society is one of the important content,there are more problems in the process of reform,and more in the "touch stone across the river".It is hoped that the study of this paper will have some reference value for the government to accelerate the social function of state-owned enterprises.
