Research On The Dilemma Of Transformation And Upgrading Of China's Manufacturing Industry

Since the reform and opening up,China's manufacturing industry to borrow cheap labor and a lot of resource consumption has been rapid development,but China's manufacturing industry has been at the low end of the value chain,the production of low value-added products,core technology and key links are master in the hands of developed countries.How to achieve the transformation and upgrading of manufacturing industry through technological innovation is one of the important problems facing our country at present.What is the current situation and the problem of technological innovation in China's manufacturing industry?How to improve the technological innovation capability of our country?This paper has carried on the related research to these questions.First of all,the article based on Schumpeter's innovation theory and Van Duin's innovation theory as the theoretical basis,on the basis of rationalizing the different types of technological innovation on the role of manufacturing upgrading mechanism.Basic innovation can lead to changes in leading industries,to reduce the dependence on foreign technology to achieve industrial transformation and upgrading;Product innovation can promote the optimization of manufacturing product structure,change the market demand,resolve the problem of excess capacity and improve foreign trade capacity;Process innovation on the one hand can reduce the cost of enterprises,saving production resources;the other hand,relying on technological innovation is difficult to achieve technology catch up,mature industry,process innovation will also cause a certain degree of overproduction.And then analyzes the development of manufacturing industry in China.It analyzes the dilemma of technological innovation of manufacturing industry from basic innovation,product innovation and process innovation.It lay the foundation for further analysis of the reasons for the lack of technological innovation in manufacturing industry.In the technical innovation dilemma analysis technology,empirical analysis and analysis of the reasons.China's manufacturing technology innovation in the main reasons include:the developed countries on China's technology"low-end lock",combining production and research is not close,did not form a good technological innovation system,technological innovation financing platform is not perfect,tax incentives system is not perfect.The last part from the perspective of technological innovation is to promote China's manufacturing transformation and upgrading of the countermeasures and suggestions.
