In recent years,theorists and managers increasingly concerned about work values influence on the turnover intention.But these studies need to be deepened in the following aspects:first,the object of researching is single,and lack of comparison between generations;secondly,dimensions of work values are not unified;finally,there is a lack of detailed research on the differences and influence degree of work values among different generations.Based on 70,80,90 three generation employees,work values are divided into six dimensions to discusses the tergenerational differences of work values and turnover intention.By using the theory of intergenerational difference and reciprocal determination to propose three hypotheses,designning the questionnaire and collecting relevant data,using Spss to deal with and analyze,and individual interviews were supplemented.Research shows:(1)The four dimensions of work values,influence,ability,personal growth and altruism are negatively influence turnover intention.The two dimensions of work values,Working conditions,income are positively influence turnover intention.(2)70s employees values altruism and ability to play,don't value income and working conditions;80s employees values income and ability to play,don't value working conditions and personal growth;90s employees values income and personal growth,don't value influence and altruism.(3)The altruism,ability to play,influence,personal growth of 70s employees are strong influencing on turnover intention,income,working conditions are relatively weak influencing on turnover intention;the income,the ability to play,influence,altruism of 80s employees are strong influencing on turnover intention,personal growth,working conditions are relatively weak influencing on turnover intention;the six dimensions of work values are strong influencing on turnover intention.
