New generation of employees is growing up in the “421” family. With the rapid development of social economy, the transmission of multi values, and the fracture of traditional culture, the new generation employees unique growing environment makes characteristics of their values, self awareness significantly, personalization. Their unique work values, high turnover and low work efficiency has brought great challenges for the human resource management of our enterprises. There for, how to make this group of employees to create more values, how to effectively carry out human resource management and configuration of the new generation of employees, and how to help this group finding their target is the current urgent problem of enterprise management.Human resources is the key elements of improving the enterprise performance and achieving sustainable development. Its working performance not only depends on the economic and social development to improve the level of human resource management development, and also depends on the employees’ work values and the impact of employee turnover tendency. In this paper, based on the characteristics of the new generation of employees, we empirically study the influence on employee turnover intention and job value relationship from staff purpose value and tool value in two dimensions. And we explore how to improve the new generation of employees’ job performance, reduce the rate of turnover behavior, and promote the sustainable development of enterprises. This study concluded that the new generation employees work efficiency negatively affect turnover intention, and work values play a regulatory role between the two parts.Study on the relationship between the three is in order to improve the new generation of employees’ job performance, reduce the turnover rate. This can help Chinese enterprises to effectively prevent the loss of talent and provide the localization of human resource management practice for reference.
