With the progress of new generation employees in China,they play a vital part in enterprises.They think they have responsibility,learning ability,positive attitude and working skills.As for many managers,new generation employees are unstable,undisciplined and over-confident.The orientation of their work values is elusive,and the turnover rate remains high,which not only brings unprecedented challenges to the development of enterprises and human resources management,but also be harmful to millennial generation.All in all,it appears of great theoretical and practical significance in exploring the relationship between new generation employees' work values and turnover intention,as well as the mechanism of job satisfaction between work values and turnover intention.The author systematically reviewed the domestic and foreign literature on work values,job satisfaction and turnover intention of millennial generation,defined the basic concepts,explained the main theories,and used these theories and research to explain the mechanism of new generation employees' work values,job satisfaction and turnover intention.Next the author put forward the research model,research hypotheses,research ideas and general framework.Based on the questionnaire for millennial generation,the author used SPSS 22.0 to analyze the reliability and validity of the data,independent sample T test,one-way ANOVA,correlation analysis and regression analysis.The empirical research showed that: the work values and job satisfaction of millennial generation had a significant negative effect on turnover intention;work values had a significant positive effect on job satisfaction;job satisfaction was a mediator between work values and turnover intention;different demographic variables had different effects on job values,job satisfaction and turnover intention.Based on the empirical research,the author put forward suggestions for improving and perfecting the management of the millennial generation in China.Firstly,enterprises and the millennial generation work together to make the career planning;secondly,improve the fit of individual-organizational values;thirdly,pay attention to enriching the work content;fourthly,cultivate a working atmosphere conducive to innovation;lastly,managers objectively treat the turnover behavior of the millennial generation,try to retain and tolerate a certain level of turnover rate of new generation employees.
