Research On The Impact Of Anti-dumping On The Development Of China Photovoltaic Industry And Its Countermeasures

Since the implementation of the bright project in 2001,photovoltaic enterprises as a national strategic emerging industries have developed rapidly,and photovoltaic module exports increased,in 2007 has become the largest photovoltaic power generation.But with the rise of trade protectionism,the United States,European Union,Canada and Turkey have launched anti-dumping investigations,then photovoltaic products exports is limited,the domestic photovoltaic enterprises is also facing development obstacles.In addition,as of December 2016,the fifteenth entry into the WTO protocol has expired,but the United States,the European Union and Japan have openly refused to fulfill the treaty obligations on the grounds that they do not recognize the status of China's market economy.In this context,it is of great practical significance to analyze the impact of anti-dumping on the development of photovoltaic enterprises in china.There are six parts.The first part is the introduction,introduces the research background and significance,at home and abroad on anti-dumping,trade effect,PV anti-dumping research literature review,then the research content and the structure of this paper is described,finally summarizes the innovation and deficiency of the research possible.The second part is the analysis of the related theory of antidumping,introduces the concept of dumping and anti-dumping,anti dumping procedures and legislative situation,analyzes four kinds of trade effects of antidumping,and from the angle of economics analysis of the economic benefits of dumping and anti dumping.The third part is the analysis of anti-dumping on Chinese encounter photovoltaic enterprises current situation,introduces the status of photovoltaic enterprises suffered anti-dumping investigation,and from the international competitiveness of export quantity,structure,the angle of China photovoltaic enterprises encounter specific anti-dumping situation is analyzed.The fourth part is the analysis of factors of trade effects and the impact of anti-dumping encountered China photovoltaic enterprises,first from the perspective of the trade effect of anti-dumping on the photovoltaic business failure,transfer,deflection,inhibition,and the influence factors of anti-dumping are analyzed.The fifth part is the export of PV companies Chinese suffered anti-dumping empirical analysis,the use of trade gravity model to analyze the influencing factors of anti-dumping exports to Chinese photovoltaic products,found that anti-dumping factors caused a significant inhibitory effect on the export of photovoltaic enterprises and analyzes the export situation of China;Chinese photovoltaic products the main exporters through the export potential estimates,found the antidumping investigation,lack of exports to most developed countries Chinese PV enterprises in emerging markets over the exports of developing countries.The sixth part is the strategy of photovoltaic enterprises to deal with anti-dumping China,from the legislative level to deal with the problem,and then from the perspective of the government,industry associations,enterprises put forward policy suggestions for China photovoltaic enterprises to cope with anti-dumping.
