In recent years,mobile phones are becoming more and more indispensable electronic products.The popularity of mobile phones has promoted the coming of great social changes.With the full coverage of 4G network and the accelerated layout of 5G network,more and more smartphones are shipped in the world,especially in China.In2017,the total shipments of China's smartphone market are 459 million,and the size of smart phone users also reaches 655 million.Among the many mobile phone manufacturers in the market,the millet phone is one of the most successful,most of which have become a best-selling model,with a large number of rice flour at home and abroad.On the basis of reading a lot of books and literature of marketing,this paper discusses the marketing strategy and strategy of millet mobile phone,and analyzes the marketing status,internal and external environment,marketing problems and causes of millet mobile phone,and puts forward the marketing strategy of millet mobile phone based on this.Suggestions are helpful to other companies.
