Study On Development Strategy Of Sichuan Junfu Science And Technology Industrial Park

The development of high-tech industries is the embodiment of the national competitive advantage.And all of the word attach great importance and vigorously support the development of high-tech industry,which has the high-tech industry develop by leaps and bounds.Since the birth and successful development of Silicon Valley,the science and technology parks,with their brilliant achievements,have become the undisputed and most important carriers,in the development of the high-tech industry in the world.However,in current,the Industrial Parks of China have some common problems.For example,the strategic positioning is not clear enough and the layout of industry is mu ssy.Therefore,in order to make the science and technology park develop better,it is necessary to determine the future strategic direction,and putting forward some approaches and measures on the implementation of the strategy on this basis.This paper starts from the related theories and methods of project development tactics,and analyzing the construction and development mode of Sichuan Junfu Technology Industrial Park.Firstly,the project development tactics are introduced,and the related literature and theories are summarized and analyzed to provide the theoretical basis for this research.Then,the basic situation of the project is introduced,and the external environment of Sichuan Junfu Science and Technology Industrial Park is analyzed using PEST mode.And the Potter's five forces model is used to analyse the industry environment,identifying opportunities and threats.In the same time,this paper conduct a comprehensive analysis on the internal environment and ability of the Industrial Park to d ig its own advantages and avoid the disadvantages.Based on SWOT analysis,the Industry Park determines its strategic development direction.Then this paper develops suitable development strategy from the angle of project location,business strategies and the construction of hardware and software of the park.Finally,this paper puts forward the implementation strategy and security measures,from the four aspects of finance,technology,organization and policy,to escort the development of the Industry Park.And evaluate the benefit from the economic and social aspects in the end.This paper,based on the geographical advantages and development opportunities,explore the suitable construction strategy and development mode of the industrial park,which can benefit for local economic development,undertake industrial transfer perfectly,and has geographical and industrial characteristics.These results could provide references for the future development of Sichuan Junfu Science and Technology Industrial Park.Besides,this article starting from the the theoretical system of industrial park planning and construction and the management of planning,expounds the construction of industrial parks which are in the background of industrial transfer,enriching the strategic framework of construction of the park,and having important theoretical and practical significance for the industrial park planning and construction within the scope of this region.
