Overall Plan Study Of Dongyuan Technology Industrial Park In Qiqihar

The industrial corridor of Hadaqi in Heilongjiang Province has started the industrial park construction, the industrial park is not only to improve the urban spatial structure, but also to promote economic growth. The planning study of current China's industrial park is in the initial stage, no specific fixed the planning process and results of requests, so for different regions, with the development of different backgrounds, and the development of the park for local development planning have great significance. Qiqihar is an important industrial machinery and equipment manufactured city of Heilongjiang Province, and is a development of economic growth points in the Hadaqi-industrial corridor, its industrial park development will impact on the pace of building industrial corridor directly, the planning of Dongyuan science technology industrial park arised at the same time.The author conducted to construction and investigation of Dongyuan science technology industrial park. Investigated the situation the geographical, economic, social and industrial development of Qiqihar; Investigated the condition of construction from the status of land use, status of Assigned enterprises, infrastructure construction in the park on the basis of determining the scope of the areas of the park. Analyzed and evaluated the park's strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats. Objectively, I obtained the preliminary conclusions of internal and external conditions to Dongyuan technology industrial park. Full used of opportunities and advantages, and to avoid disadvantages of weakening and threaten when planning is compiled. In order to achieve the established strategic goals through adopting type of growth and diversification strategies and effective integration of resources and capital and establishment of industrial clusters.The outline planning for the park study determined it's developments and the success or failure; proposed park construction and positioning objectives, the park planning concept, the planning function of the structure, in order to ensure that the operation and implementation of the planning through research on sequence of construction, and put forward countermeasures which could settle the environmental problems caused by the park construction. Deepened the research on outline planning, put forward the development planning of Dongyuan science technology industrial park, such as land use, industrial cluster layout, road traffic, green landscape and the recent building development, and formed the macro-planning project, and put forward a number of recommendations for planning.
