The Study On The Transformation Of Taizhou Economic Development Zone

Since the reform and opening up in 1978 of our country,with the development of the economy and society,various types of development zones have sprung up throughout the country.Most of them are the economic development zones.The construction of these development zones played a positive role in promoting regional economic development,optimizing the regional industrial structure,promoting the quality of economic development.However,with the increasing influence of the weakening of the policy advantages and the land control,the traditional development zone model is no longer meet the requirements of the new situation.The development zones have to undergo transformation.After 20 years of construction and development,Taizhou Economic Development Zone has achieved remarkable results and has made an indelible contribution for the city's economy.But with the current changes in the situation at home and abroad,development zones are competing to enter into a new era of transformation for the purpose of rapid,coordinated and sustainable development.With the shortages,such as serious debt problem,lack of land resources and the weakening policy,it should seek the transformation ideas,objectives and practical measures and constantly enhance its demonstration and radiation effect,which has a very important and far-reaching significance for the development of the city of Taizhou.On the basis of defining the relevant concepts of economic development zone and summarizing the theories supporting the development and transformation of economic development zones,this paper analyzes the development course of China's economic development zone and the actual operation of Taizhou Economic Development Zone and puts forward its practical problems.Through the study of the transformation experience in domestic and foreign development zones,put forward the overall idea of transformation and development,and clear the development goals.It also makes a suggestion of the specific measures.Firstly,the development zone should promote the innovation of management system and management mode,clarify the legal subject status of development zone,strengthen intermediary participation,strengthen the introduction of talents.Secondly,it should enhance the core competitiveness of regional industries,develop the high-tech industry cluster,optimize the industrial layout,and adhere to the "Taizhou model" development.At last,it should optimize the industrial development environment,improve the policy system,strengthen the urban support,enhance financial support.This paper consists of six chapters.Chapter 1 is about the background and significance of the study,the literature review,the structure and research methods,the innovation and deficiency of this paper.Chapter 2 analyzes the theory of the transformation of development of the development zone,defines the relevant concepts and introduces the basic theory that supports the article.Chapter 3 is the realistic analysis of the transformation of Taizhou Economic Development Zone that introduces the situation and the practical problems faced by Taizhou Economic Development Zone.Chapter 4 introduces the a practical reference for the transformation of the development zone.Chapter 5 is the countermeasures to promote the transformation of Taizhou Economic Development Zone.Chapter 6 is the conclusion,summarizes the paper and puts forward the deficiency.
