The Research On The Optimization Way Of Governance Structure Of State-owned Enterprises

How shall state-owned enterprises reform? Its development trend is an important part of economy reform in China,the corporate governance structure as the "core" of modern enterprise system,has been the important research subject of theory and practice.In nearly 40 years of reform and opening-up,the reform of state-owned enterprises has experienced several stages,most established corporations from the legal form,cultivated a group of backbone enterprises have the core competitiveness,has obtained the remarkable economic and social benefits.However,when the reform in the deepwater area ",state-owned enterprises reform on corporate governance structure,there are some prominent contradiction to be solved,such as some enterprises corporate governance structure is not standard,the modern enterprise system is not perfect,the market main body status has not really established,some problems such as enterprise management chaos,insider control is not fully resolved,and so on.Based on the corporate governance structure of state-owned enterprises as the research object,this paper expounds the basic theory of corporate governance structure,corporate governance structure of state-owned enterprises in China are analyzed in detail the main problems and causes,and accordingly put forward under the new situation optimization principle of the corporate governance structure of state-owned enterprises and some Suggestions,in order to further enrich the corporate governance structure theory and continue to deepen the reform of state-owned enterprises.
