Effect Of Innovation Network Core Enterprise Network Competence On The Network Governance Performance

With the implementation of national innovation driven development strategy and the development of the times,innovation network has become one of the key elements of the national innovation system.The performance of innovation network governance can reflect the stand or fall of the innovation network,so how to improve the performance of network governance is a problem worthy of study.The core enterprise is the leader of innovation network,and its network competence is related to the performance of innovation network governance.Therefore,it is very meaningful to study the influence mechanism of innovation network core enterprise network competence on innovation network governance performance.This study mainly reveals the influence mechanism of innovation network core enterprise network competence on network governance performance through the study of the relationship among core enterprise network competence,network characteristics and network governance performance.First of all,on the foundation of carbing the research status at home and abroad,this paper defines the concept of innovation network core enterprise network competence,network characteristics and network governance performance.And next,divides the dimension.Secondly,this paper analyzes the relationship of variables,puts forward the research hypothesis of this study,and constructs a conceptual model.Then,the related variables were measured,and 543 valid questionnaire data were used to carry out multiple linear regression.Finally,the test results are analyzed and the corresponding management implications are put forward.The results show that core enterprise network competence and network characteristics all have positive impact on governance performance;network development competence,network relationship management competence,network portfolio management competence have a significant positive impact on network characteristics,while network vision competence has no significant positive impact on network characteristics;network characteristics have a partial mediating effect in the relationship between three dimensions of network development competence,network relationship management competence,network portfolio management competence and governance performance,but have not a mediating effect in the relationship between network vision competence and governance performance.
