empirical aspect,this paper,by using 2001-2015 China's high-tech products imported from 33 trading partners of panel data analysis of the intensity of intellectual property rights(ipr)protection for binary marginal effect of import trade,this paper discusses how to influence China's intellectual property rights(ipr)protection of import trade,as well as the protection of intellectual property rights is expanding import types or increase the quantity of imports.Research results show that the increase of the magnitude of the intellectual property rights(ipr)protection will increase China's imports of high technology products trade,the positive role along the extension marginal and implementation:to strengthen the protection of intellectual property rights of market expansion effect and the market power effect,respectively,on the amount and type of high technology products to be imported,while the former dominated.At the same time,the influence of intellectual property protection level on the import of China's high-tech products is different.According to the results,this paper argues that the protection of intellectual property rights of China's high technology industry should consider its own reality,for each stage of development to choose different degree of intellectual property protection level,which is the most suitable for China's high technology industry of intellectual property rights(ipr)protection policy.High level of intellectual property protection will increase the import category of high-tech products in China,but will reduce the import quantity.
