Research On The Business Efficiency Evaluation Of Listed Military Enterprises Based On Three-stage Data Envelopment Analysis

With the changing international situation,China is facing more serious international challenges,this challenge includes both economic and political aspects including,therefore,to the traditional industry reform,gradually the Group owned enterprises securitization into the securities market,listed military enterprise is produced in China’s defense with the combination of securities market under the background of the evolution of the military industry is the trend for the analysis of listed military enterprises in our country for the modernization of national defense and economic development to provide help,most existing research is to evaluate the management of listed military enterprises from the enterprise management and ownership structure,management evaluation of listed military enterprises which are not many.After the stock reform of military enterprises for a period of time,China’s listed military enterprises show strong competitiveness in the market potential and the technical level,but there are still some problems in the management system,the management level is limited,therefore,improve the business efficiency of listed military enterprises for national security and national economic development will play to a certain degree of promotion.This paper studies the problem of listed military enterprise efficiency evaluation in the process of operation,the 20 listed military enterprises selected attributable to the military group in China as the research sample,evaluated the efficiency of the operation efficiency of military enterprises listed by constructing the evaluation index system,selecting the relevant input and output indicators,and the index of correlation analysis,verify the rationality of the index,in order to avoid the shortcomings of traditional DEA,the three stage DEA model,the first stage is the traditional DEA algorithm,second stage using the stochastic frontier analysis model to remove the influence of environmental factors and random error,the third phase of the input and output variables are adjusted to carry out the traditional DEA operation that makes the efficiency evaluation more accurate and reasonable,the efficiency results from the comprehensive technical efficiency,pure technical efficiency,scale efficiency and returns to scale Analysis of several aspects.Finally,from the point of view of improving the business efficiency of listed military enterprises,the paper puts forward to improve the business efficiency of listed military enterprises from four dimensions.
