Study On The Strategy Of Economic Transformation Of Resource Based Cities In Daqing City

Daqing is located in the west of Heilongjiang Province,the comprehensive strength in the forefront of 13 cities in Heilongjiang Province,ranked twenty-eighth in the China city comprehensive competitiveness rankings,selected "world characteristic charm city 200",is with the exploitation of petroleum resources,processing resources city leading typical development in the new Chinese,especially in the protection of oil resources has made tremendous contributions.However,Daqing's crude oil production from 2015 onwards to reduce 1.5 million tons,the "13th Five-Year" period average every year 1.3 million tons of production;industrial structure adjust the pressure,Daqing petroleum and petrochemical industry accounted for over 50%,while the proportion of non-public economy accounted for only 25%,need to adjust the industrial structure,strategy transformation and development,and promote sustainable economic development.In this paper,the research of domestic and foreign resources city transformation theory,dig the connotation of economic transformation of resource-based city.The study found that the basic characteristics of resource-based city is the economic and social resources dependence,as Daqing petroleum resources city,urgent need through the adjustment of industrial structure,to get rid of the shackles of the stock of natural resources and.On the impact of economic transition,the internal and external environment of Daqing city were carried out analysis,summarized the Daqing pressure and motive force of economic transformation,advantages and disadvantages.Finally,from the three industry perspective,to provide ideas and Countermeasures for the economic transformation of Daqing city resources,put forward to promote economic transformation of resource based city of Daqing,provides a reference path for Daqing and other resource-based city to achieve the successful economic transformation and sustainable development.
