Along with the implementation of "the Belt and Road" and China railway "Going global" strategy,the number of overseas railway projects undertaken by Chinese enterprises has been on the increase.At present,the general construction modes such as EPC and EPC-derived usually have many problems and can not meet the requirements of mutual benefit and win-win for all stakeholders in the project.Therefore,the overseas railway construction mode needs to be innovated.However,the current research on innovation of railway construction mode in our country is scarce.Therefore,the purpose of this thesis is to analyze the innovation of construction mode from different dimensions so as to realize the mutual benefit and win-win for all stakeholders.First,this thesis analyzes the existing railway construction mode and related cases,and analyzes the problems and challenges of the existing construction mode.Then,taking the stakeholder theory to get the key points needing attention in the innovation of construction mode,and it is put forward that the innovation of construction mode is adopts according to the demands of stakeholders,the solution to the existing problems of construction mode and the requirements of international large-scale infrastructure construction.Then,using the industry value chain theory to analyze the time dimension innovation,using the TOD theory to analyze the spatial dimension innovation,and using the PPP theory to carry on the analysis of the main dimension innovation.By SWOT-AHP analysis,the feasibility of building model innovation is proved,and the advantage,disadvantages,opportunities and threats of innovation in construction mode is obtained.Finally,the author proves that construction mode innovation really benefits the interests of stakeholders through the empirical analysis of the China-Laos Railway and Jakarta-Bandung high-speed railway project,and then puts forward some suggestions on how to innovate the construction modes in the seven major markets along "the Belt and Road".As well as proposed safeguard measures for the innovation of construction modes against the disadvantages and threats mentioned in the SWOT-AHP analysis.The main research results of this thesis including:First,this thesis obtains"integrated development of the whole industry chain","railway construction and operation + TOD comprehensive development" and "PPP cooperation and development mode" respectively corresponding to the three dimensions of time,space and main body.The innovative construction modes proposed by different dimensions,and they will not affect each other in the implementation process.Secondly,from a theoretical perspective,this thesis uses the SWOT-AHP method to prove the feasibility of building mode innovation,and get the advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and threats elements and their weights of the construction mode innovation;from an empirical view,this thesis analyzes the innovations of the China-Laos Railway and Jakarta-Bandung high-speed railway project in three dimensions and verifies that the three model innovations proposed in this thesis can indeed bring benefits to all stakeholders.Thirdly,according to the specific features of the seven major markets,this thesis puts forward some suggestions on how to innovate the construction mode in each market.And puts forward the relevant safeguard measures for the innovation of construction modes in view of the disadvantages and threats.
