With the rapid development of global economic integration, the market competition environment of automobile industry is facing great changes, The traditional individual competition among automobile manufacture enterprises has gradually converted to group competition between automobile supply chain system. In order to gain the continuous market competitive advantage, the member enterprises in automobile supply chain gradually strengthen the collaboration between each other and form the integrated automobile supply chain management mode. As an important part of successful supply chain management, performance evaluation plays a crucial role in promoting the market competitiveness of auto enterprises. It is not only beneficial to supply chain managers to master the whole supply chain operation effect and coordinate both inside and outside relations of supply chain timely; But also to effectively supervise and control the operation status of all members in the supply chain, find problems existing in the operation process timely and put forward the corresponding solutions. In this paper, performance evaluation system of automobile industry supply chain is systematically studied by using method of combining theory research and empirical analysis, qualitative research and quantitative analysis, By using cross multidisciplinary knowledge of stakeholder theory and matter-element analysis theory. First of all, on the basis of reading and referring to large numbers of literature, relevant theories of stakeholders and supply chain performance evaluation are summarized and inductive, the type and structure characteristics of automobile supply chain are also analyzed in detail. Then from the perspective of stakeholders to identify and analyze the stakeholders of automobile supply chain and their interests and contribution to the supply chain performance, and then to sort and sift the key stakeholders with Mitchell score method for building the stakeholder performance evaluation model. On the basis of design principles and ideas, the article designs an performance evaluation index system from four aspects covering supply chain upstream, supply chain core enterprise, supply chain downstream and supply chain outside environment, the index system involves 12 main stakeholders and 38 key performance indicators, and the specific quantitative methods of these indicators are also given. Finally, Using analytic hierarchy process (AHP) and matter-element analysis method to empirical analysis the performance of A automobile company supply chain. find out the running state of the supply chain upstream is good, supply chain core enterprise is excellent, supply chain downstream is good, supply chain outside environment is good, and supply chain overall performance is good. According to the evaluation results, It points out the problems existing in the enterprise supply chain and puts forward the corresponding improvement advice. The main innovation points of this article is based on the perspective of stakeholders to select and classify indicators according to the supply chain for different stakeholders, make up the defects of the traditional performance evaluation of supply chain according to different dimension or business process, which can only reflect the overall supply chain performance but can not reflect running state of node members. In addition, using the performance evaluation method based on matter-element analysis theory can combine with the objective data of auto enterprises, rather than in a way that merely relying on expert scoring to the operation of result, It improves the operability of supply chain performance evaluation to some extent.
