With the development of global economy and the progress of society, the requirement of the quality of life and food has been increasingly improved. Safe food is classified as pollution-free food, green food and organic food according to the index of pesticide residues, heavy metals and harmful microorganisms of food. Food comes, directly and indirectly, from agricultural products. Nowadays, in many developed countries and regions, green organic food has been more and more popular, although the price is higher than ordinary food. It is worth emphasizing that, although people have enthusiasm in consuming green organic agricultural products and the government also offers extensive support for green organic agriculture, related researches are still insufficient.Green organic agricultural products are different from the general food. This paper mainly discusses the business model of enterprises which produce green organic agricultural production that involves three aspects such as product research and development, production processes and sale. The paper includes three chapters, introduction and explanation of green organic agricultural products’ basic concept and production processes, research of green organic agricultural enterprises’ product research and development, production processes and sale and case analysis of Sichuan Guokang Agriculture Co.,Ltd.This paper studies systematically and intensively on the strategic decision of product and development, production processes and sale of green organic agricultural enterprise, based on the characteristics of green organic agricultural products. The basic ideas are as follow:(1)The research and the establishment of experimental farm ensure the quality of products, raise the profits of enterprises and enhance consumers’ confidence in the quality of products.(2)In the aspect of production organization, the labor contract system such as process control and piece rate wage has advantage to ensure improvement of products’ quality.(3)To solve the issue of high price and the “lemon” problem, enterprises can take the direct sales model and set customers and institutions with large purchasing capacity as their target customers.
