A Survey Report About Suzhou Rural Community Construction And Development

Rural community is a new community which is different from urban community and traditional village with the urbanization process of china.Rural community construction is not just a simple renovation of villages and population settlement,and rural community management has become a challenging topic?This paper summarizes the main management pattern of foreign rural communities,describes the development of rural communities in China,and summarizes the development history of Suzhou rural communities,with the construction of Xiangcheng Chang Jing community in Suzhou city as a typical example,investigated the Chang Jing community economic development,democracy,social security and resident's life changes,this paper analyzes the function design and management of the community construction,and lists the problems in the community construction,then puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions.The development of rural communities in Suzhou,started in the township enterprises in South of Jiangsu economic park mode and the beginning of reform and opening up;Development in community stock cooperation,the land joint-stock cooperative system and the construction of the farmers' professional cooperative economic organization "three cooperation" reform,the content of collective assets,right to the contracted management of land and housing land and housing replacement stock equity,urban security and cooperative community housing for content of "three displacement",as well as live to concentrate in the community,business park to the central and land scale operation to the central stage of "three concentrations";It is mature in the development of rural communities with the planning and development of the village and characteristic villages.The development of the rural community in Suzhou has promoted the development of the village economy and strengthened the security and control ability of the community.We accelerated the pace of new rural construction and narrowed the gap between urban and rural areas and residents' lives.The land gradually centralized management,improved the land use efficiency.Suzhou rural community construction in the process of community residents and lifestyle changes to bring the management difficulty increase,identity change of villagers become resident living habits contradiction,merger cross management contradiction of the problems of village community.The author suggested that,1)Based on the experience of urban community construction and management,relies on the residents' backbone and the organization.2)Establish and improve effective working methods to enable residents to adapt to community life.3)To accelerate the construction of community supporting synchronization.4)To raise the level of management in various ways.5)Strengthen the quality of community service and improve the living standard of residents.6)Try best to improve the development of material and spiritual civilizations.
