The Influence Path Study On The Community Capacity Of Rural Tourist Areas

Capacity-building of rural communities focuses on improving the ability of various elements within the community,emphasizing the exploration of the assets and advantages of the community itself,in order to restrain and eliminate the negative impact of rural tourism on community development.On the basis of the related research and the endogenous development theory and the community field theory,this paper puts forward the research theme of the influence path of community capacity in rural tourism community.Taking the community residents in rural tourism community as the research object,this paper explores the influence of community residents' empowerment and participation in tourism activities on the improvement of rural tourism community capacity,and based on the above analysis,the paper proposes some suggestions and ideas for the development of rural tourism community.The main contents include the following two aspects:Firstly,we develop a community capacity scale for rural tourism destinations.Based on the literature research,this study takes rural community residents as the main body and obtains the measurement items of community capacity of rural tourism destination.Through interviews with rural community residents and questionnaires,it extracts the items suitable for the measurement of community capacity of rural tourism destination.After reliability and validity test,it develops the measurement scale of community capacity of rural tourism destination,which includes the ability of action participation and community return.There are18 items in four dimensions: sense of belonging,organizational management ability and resource mobilization ability.Secondly,the research models of community empowerment,community participation and community capacity are put forward to identify the impact path of community capacity in rural tourism destinations.Community empowerment in rural tourism destination has a significant positive impact on community participation.Community empowerment is an important antecedent variable of community participation.Both of them play an important role in the process of community capacity building.Based on this,this study attempts to construct a structural model including community empowerment,community participation and community capacity.Descriptive statistical analysis,exploratory factor analysis,confirmatory factor analysis and path analysis are used to clarify the logical relationship among community empowerment,community participation and community capacity.Thestudy reveals that community empowerment has significant positive impact on community participation in rural tourism communities,and economic empowerment and political empowerment have greater impact on community participation;community participation have significant positive impact on community capacity,economic and cultural participation have greater impact on community capacity;community empowerment has significant positive impact on community capacity,economic empowerment and social empowerment.Community empowerment has indirect impact on community capacity through community participation.The influencing paths of community capacity in rural tourism community are: community empowerment-->community capacity;community participation-->community capacity;community empowerment-->Community Participation-->community capacity.Finally,combining with the research conclusion of the influence path of community capacity,around the purpose of improving community capacity,we put forward the countermeasures and suggestions for development of rural tourism community.
