| How to regulate the online customized-booking taxi,it is not only to solve the problems of management in this field,but also the inevitable requirement of meet the travel need of citizens,promoting the reform of the taxi industry and better the urban traffic system.The national government paid more and more attention to the online customized-booking taxi,many cities also formulated the detailed rules for it.Because of the whole management system,market positioning and the overall environment,the new mode of management is still insufficient innovation,and the overall reform is not enough breakthrough.Through the study of the status quo of the online customized-booking taxi,combined with the problems of the traditional taxi industry and its deficient management,this paper analyzes the disadvantages of the existing management mode.By drawing lessons from the experience of other countries’management of the online customized-booking taxi,this paper argues that it is necessary to clarify the essence of it,different subjects of the market and the public interest should distinguished by the purchase public service,use different ways to manage different subjects and improve the law in this field.At the same time,the government should supervise the platform company in the areas such as the implementation of the qualification examination,to comply with market order,maintenance of information safe,guide the transformation and upgrading of the traditional taxi company,build a multi-level traffic system,then put taxi back to the position of high quality service.In addition,the vast amounts of data provided by the network is also very valuable,the government departments should strengthen the analysis and research to promote the development of the society. |
