Research On The Regulation Of Online Booking Taxi In Xiamen Based On The Customers' Satisfaction

In 2016,the documents on deepening the reform to promote the healthy development of the taxi industry guidance andinterim measures for Internet booking taxi service management have been released by the Chinese government,indicating that new ideas of encouraging the Internet+ transportation have come to real in China.With the rapid development of Internet,there exists various kinds of online booking taxis in the beautiful city,Xiamen.People could travel at anytime,anywhere by susing the on-call Shenzhou car,through the ShouQi car with professional and dedicated service,and taking the Caocao car with low carbon travel.The online bookingcar has the advantages of point to point fast travel,with strictly time control andlow cost.Because of that,it quickly occupies the market and grows very fast.But the contradictions between the ride-hailing drivers and customers,customers and platforms,as well as the platform companies and drivers have been gradually revealled.Therefore,it is important to find out the source of the contradiction to strengthen the supervision,which is of great significance to the sustainable development of the market.Based on customer satisfaction,this dessertation analyzes the problem of car-hailing in xiamen city.Using the principles of management,combining geography,population,politics and economy in xiamen actual situation,based on the survey of 1000 xiamen citizensabout satisfaction on the internet-reversed car,and the samples with more than 20000 customers star evaluations,the information such as the customer's perceived value,the expected quality,complaints and their loyalties are carefully analysied.The quality regulation,the insufficiency of network security and information supervision is proposed for the industry of online booking car.In this dessertation,based on the analysis of causes and the successful foreign experience,methods which will reduce barriers for entry and will perfect the superving and punishing regulations for the online booking taxi are proposed.Under the leading of the department in charge of transportation,it is also suggested to combine the regular and irregular supervision and integrate the platform data of the online booking taxi Suggestions such as perfecting enterprise in Xiamen online booking taxi,making the platform company more comprehensive and making the online booking taxi industry more healthy and orderly developped are promoted.
