In recent years,China's productivity has greatly improved,and the people's living standards have also improved.The purse of ordinary people swelled up,and the quality of life was increasingly emphasized.Both the consumption of material life and the consumption of spiritual life have generally increased.The decoration of the family is the hot content of the material life of the ordinary people.With the development of the real estate industry,the number of houses in the hands of ordinary people has become larger and larger,and beautifying the indoor environment has become their urgent need.Therefore,the market space for the home improvement industry has also become larger and larger.The demand for decoration of consumers has increased,which has brought profits to home improvement companies,and has also promoted the vigorous development of the home improvement industry.However,China's current home improvement market does not yet have a uniform industry standard.This requires companies in actual combat to both survive and think about some regular development ideas and explore measures and strategies that are in line with market rules.Adapt to industry standards to do some ideological preparation and accumulation of practical work experienceBased on my own experience in the decoration company's job,combined with my own marketing theories and knowledge,Tangshan Qingmujia Decoration Co.,Ltd.is the object of research.The research methods used mainly include the literature research method and field investigation method.The purpose of writing is To explore the company's development path,provide some theoretical support and self-confidence for the company and its own development.The research of the dissertation mainly includes the following parts.First,it introduces the background,purpose and significance of the topic,the content structure of the article and the main innovations.Secondly,it introduces related theories and literature review,and on the basis of absorbing research results,finds the basis for supporting the thesis theory.Third,analyze the home decoration market and competitive environment in Tangshan City,find out its own deficiencies and problems,and find a space that can be improved and developed.Afterwards,on the basis of field interviews and on-site investigations,Tangshan Qingmujia Decoration Company's business development strategies and recommendations were proposed.Finally,in the conclusions and the outlook,we put forward the deficiencies of our own papers and the future direction of the thesis and work.
