Study On Regional Constructed Land Resource Intensive Utilization Evaluation

Land is the basic element in human's live and development; it is also an important resource which can't be regenerated. With the rapid process of the urbanization and industrialization in the last years, more and more lands are needed. The contradiction between supply and need is sharp more than ever, which becomes the restrictor of social or economical development. The basic resolution is: earning more income and cutting down expense, but the scarcity of the land resource limits the approach's application, so, people mainly resort to intensified land use which can cutting down the expense. How to have land use efficiency and intensify, how to concert the scarcity and development, is always a hot problem in land field study.Evaluation of the intensified constructional land use is an organic part of intensified land use; it plays an important role in guiding intensified land use. In the basis of the relevant research, this paper is keen on the method of land evaluation. The main object of the paper is to find some rational,proficient methods to fit such area's land estimate as in JiangBei district, ChongQing city, also supply some references to such similar districts.There are six parts in the paper, part one mainly introduces the present process of research both at home and abroad, including the meaning,the theory and the evaluating method of the intensified land use. Part two, which is prolusion, brief the background and the significance of the study, and put forward the study method of this paper, etc. The third part is the key point of the paper; it includes many portions about the evaluation of intensified land use, such as how to structure the thread, how to choose the index, how to count the weight, how to apply the method and how to define the standard, etc.Then, the paper applies the introduced method to evaluate the constructional land in JiangBei district, taking a long shot and rational speculation. According the result of the quantitative evaluation and the qualitative analysis, this paper gives a reliable forecast about the tendency of the intensified land use in JiangBei district, and put forward the relevant countermeasures and suggestions about how to promote the level of intensified land use.
