Study On Regional Constructed Land Resource Intensive Utilization Evaluation In Changzhou City

Land is the foundation of development,the fundamental people's livelihood,and has always been,the land issue is a matter related to the overall situation when we go ahead.As a city that has a large population but less land,the contradiction between supply and demand of land has become increasingly prominent with the rapid economic development these years in Changzhou.It is imperative that land should be used intensively.The evaluation index system of intensive use of construction land is constructed through the evaluation of intensive use of regional construction land,which mainly includes the index of growth and consumption,the use of strength index,management performance index and land elasticity index.The qualitative analysis is mainly based on the relationship between population,economic development and construction land,which reflects the general trend of intensive use of construction land.In the quantitative evaluation,the multi-factor is used in the quantitative evaluation.The qualitative analysis is based on the combination of qualitative analysis and quantitative evaluation.Comprehensive evaluation model to calculate the intensive use of land value,followed by intensive use value to determine the level of intensive use of construction land,and finally the following four aspects,namely,the level of economic development,industrial structure,population density and policy institutions to analyze Changzhou and the relevant suggestions are put forward according to the research results.
