Under the influence of national policy and economic environment,with the development and popularization of Internet technology,China's small and medium-sized traditional catering industry ushered in a new development peak,but also encountered more complex market test.In the operating costs increase,and the plight of reduced profits,small and medium-sized traditional catering enterprises urgently need to carry out the transformation of the Internet,the use of Internet thinking,product,service,management upgrades.At the same time,small and medium-sized traditional catering enterprises generally face the backwardness of information management,service standardization is low,the technology is not professional and other issues,it is difficult to achieve the transformation of the Internet.A comprehensive and systematic strategy based on Internet thinking can help small and medium-sized traditional catering enterprises find a suitable transformation method for their own development.This paper explores and analyzes the current situation of the operation of small and medium-sized traditional catering enterprises and the main problems in the transformation of Internet by means of literature analysis,interviews and individual surveys.According to the current problems of small and medium-sized traditional catering enterprises in the process of Internet transformation,the corresponding transformation strategy is put forward.This paper first summarizes the Internet,catering industry,Internet +and other related research literature,introduces the concept of the Internet,the development process,characteristics,transformation and other theories;introduced the meaning of food,industry characteristics,industry status and other information;And the enterprises involved in the use of the proposed small and medium-sized traditional catering enterprises in the Internet conversion strategy for practice,for the sample enterprises to solve practical problems.The last part of the paper discusses the shortcomings of the process of Internet transformation of catering enterprises,and prospects for the future development trend.
