The Study Of Informatization Issue Of Our Small And Medium-sized Enterprises And Its Enlighten To Xinjiang

In the ages that the world economy inclines to informatization, strongly pushing on the construction of informatization had become an important means that largely business enterprise promoted competence, our country of largely Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (SMEs) because of the influence of various factors, are facing the rigorous challenge of informatization. The paper is trying to do some theoretical research about the problems and the countermeasures that exsits in the proceeding of the construction of SMEs informatization in our country.This paper expatiated the concept and function etc. foundation theories of business enterprise informatization firstly, and analyzed the necessity of developing SMEs informatization in our country; the next in order, through the analysis of the present condition of SMEs informatization in our country, finding out the problems exsited in SMEs,IT suppliers and government, and drawing lessons from the successful experience of Japan,Korea etc. putting forward the countermeasures, pointing out only three aspects power combined closely, the construction of SMEs informatization in our country will be successful; Finally, the paper combined above conclusion with Xinjiang's actual circumstance, putting forward some suggestion in order to accelerate the construction of SMEs informatization in Xinjiang.
