The Development Of Social Enterprise In China And Its Strategies

In the 1970s,economic crisis outbroke and welfare system transformed in the Western countries,a new charity mode is shining--Social enterprise.Integrating successful social aims with business model,charity with profit,it strives to innovate charity.Social enterprises have been developing rapidly in our country recent years.However,compared with western developed countries,Chinese social enterprises are still in the primary stage of development.A lot of shortness exist such as smooth development,profit distribution,non-profit organization transformation and talent shortage,etc.These problems directly suppress the sustainable development of social enterprises.The purpose of this paper is to clarify the connotation of social enterprises,find out the challenges of the social enterprises in our country and based on the British successful experiences,this paper will provide some practical and feasible suggestions from the government responsibility,social culture,the enterprise itself construction for Chinese social enterprise.Text is divided into six chapters:Chapter I is an introduction,mainly describes the research background,research status,research contents,research methods and innovation.Chapter II is about the basic theories of social enterprise development,including the definition,related concepts,characteristics,classification and the theoretical basis,etc.Chapter III analyzes the rising causes of British social enterprise and its development situation,introduces the Unseen Tour case,and summarizes the British social enterprise development experiences and enlightenment.Chapter IV analyzes the rising causes of Chinese social enterprises,the overall characteristics of the development and the major events in 2016;as a case study of Mobike,find out the problems and challenges of Chinese social enterprise.Chapter V puts forward practical and feasible suggestions based on the combination of British successful experiences and the challenges of Chinese social enterprises.Chapter VI is this article conclusion,to summarize the full view.
