With the advancement of technology and the development of globalization,social problems are becoming more and more serious along with the continuous economic growth,the public's expectations for corporate social responsibility are higher,and unmet social needs bring new opportunities.As an important force of social innovation,social enterprises put forward a mixed value proposition that is driven by social goals while creating economic benefits,and solve social problems by means of business model innovation(BMI).Since its inception in 2004,China has witnessed continuous development over the past decade and has made important contributions to poverty alleviation,disability assistance,employment promotion,environmental protection and other fields.However,most of China's social enterprises are small in scale and weak in influence.As an exotic product,the innovation form of dual value creation challenges the public's perception that social value and economic value cannot coexist,hinders the public's understanding and trust,and puts social enterprises at a disadvantage in the competition with commercial enterprises.At present,there is a lack of empirical research on the BMI of social enterprise.Clarifying its influencing factors and its role in performance is of certain significance to improve the success rate of social entrepreneurship an d enhance the persuasiveness of previous theoretical studies.By sorting out relevant research results at home and abr oad,and based on entrepreneurial opportunity theory,legitimacy theory and social capital theory,this paper introduces opportunity capability and entrepreneurs' social capital into the theoretical model,attempts to explore the role of opportunity ability on BMI of social enterprise,the impact of BMI on social enterprise performance,and the mediating role of BMI,the moderating role of entrepreneurs' social capital.This paper draws on the existing mature scale to complete the questionnaire design,and obtains 192 valid data in China through questionnaire survey.This paper uses SPSS 22.0 and Amos 21.0 software to process the data.Through factor analysis,variance analysis,correlation analysis and regression analysis,the following results are obtained: opportunity ability has a positive effect on BMI of social enterprise;BMI of social enterprise has a positive effect on performance;BMI of social enterprise plays a partial mediating role between opportunity ability and performance;entrepreneurs' social capital positively moderates the role of BMI on performance.Finally,based on the results of empirical research,this pa per puts forward relevant management suggestions for social enterprise entrepreneurs from the aspects of self-learning,team building,adaptive innovation of business model,social capital accumulation and application,in order to effectively guide the specific practice of social enterprises.
