Employee's voice behavior is one kind of out-of-role behavior of employees,which is spontaneous but risky.The attitudes and behaviors that employees display in their work are affected by many factors.One of them is the perceived leadership style of their direct supervisors.The inclusive leadership comes into being under this multi-faceted and ever-changing era.It does not only comply with the complex external economic environment,but also meets the needs of diverse talents management in enterprises.However,at present,the research on inclusive leadership is just getting started.Foreign scholars have confirmed the effectiveness of this leadership in the context of the West,while the research on inclusive leadership in China by now is mostly about its concept and theoretical model.This paper based on the social exchange theory taking the Chinese local companies as the research object,verifies the mediating role of the employees' trust in their leader in the impact of the inclusive leadership on the employee's voice behavior through questionnaire survey.In addition to the leadership,the organizational climate,which is a concept at the organizational level,also plays an important role in employee's attitudes and behaviors.The same leadership in different organizational environments may have completely different influence.Therefore,based on social context theory,this paper further validates the moderation effect of the inclusive climate between the inclusive leadership and employees' trust in leader.The results show that the inclusive climate is positively adjusting the relationship between the direct leader's inclusive leadership and the employee's trust in leader.Specifically,the stronger the inclusive climate is,the stronger the positive relationship between the direct leader's inclusive leadership and employee's trust would be;the weaker the inclusive climate is,the weaker the positive relationship between the direct leader's inclusive leadership and employee's trust would be.
