At present,domestic and international situation is complicated.And by the profound influence of economic transformation,the resources,environment and ecology of our country are more restrictive to the development of enterprises.The environment of enterprises is more turbulent and the competition among enterprises becomes more and more intense.At the same time,new generation of employees who born in among 1980s to 1990s enter the labor market.They have distinct characteristic,who are self-centered,with a higher self-realization to achieve orientation,work dignity orientation and rights awareness,hoping to have autonomy and decision-making power in the work,asking the superior to give more guidance,feedback and trust.Human resources in organization are becoming more and more diversified.These require companies to respond quickly to adapt to the new situation,to make full use of employees,and to fully exploit the essential potential of the enterprise.The development of enterprises is inseparable from the staffs advice and suggestions.the staff actively offer suggestions to promote organizational innovation and efficiency,which has a positive meaning to the organization development.By review the relevant domestic and international literature,this paper finds that inclusive leadership abroad is based on the inclusion and equal treatment of diversified and differentiated educators.This diversity is also reflected in the present Chinese enterprises.Domestic scholars discuss more about the relationship between inclusive leadership and innovation.The challenging,constructive and high-risk features of the voice behavior,and the need of the support of the leader.And the remarkable positive effect of the voice behavior is more meaningful to the organization.The previous theories are based on the theory of social exchange as the interpretation mechanism,that is,the act irritated by the other people.In fact,Chinese employees rarely put forward their own views on the organization of the situation.This paper attempts to focus on the self-directed part of the behavior itself,and explore the incentive effect of the inclusive leadership on this kind autonomy of the organization's citizenship behavior.Using statistical analysis software SPSS analyze the survey data,the conclusions of this paper are as follows:(1)Inclusive leadership is positively related to employee's voice behavior.(2)Inclusive leadership has a positive correlation with autonomous motivation.(3)the role of autonomy motivations meditates in the relationship between the inclusive leadership and the behavior of employees.This study mainly includes the following original points:First,this search constructs the model of the influence mechanism of the incentive leadership to the employee's voice behavior and introduces the intermediary variable of the autonomous motivation.Through the study,it is found that the autonomy motive plays a mediating role in the behavior of the inclusive leadership and the employee's voice behavior,and the inclusive leadership has a positive effect on the employee's behavior.The theory of self-determination is an important part of the theory of motivation in psychology,which is introduced into the field of organization and reveals the process of motivational formation.Second,the implication of the autonomy motive itself contains the internal motive of the individual and the internalization of the motive under the influence of the environment.Using this dialectical motive classification,it shows that there is an intrinsic part of the motive that motivates the behavior,that is,the behavior of the employee's behavior is self-decision-oriented partly.Third,based on the trend of human resources diversification in China,the dissertation tests the inclusive leadership in the context of China's local culture the applicability of the enterprise environment.After discussing the research conclusion,and puts forward the research insufficiency and future prospect of this paper.
