In recent years, with the continuous improvement of people's living standards, the number of motor vehicles has risen sharply.More and more residents begin to choose to drive, and the problem of parking is becoming more and more serious.Renting out the idle time of private parking lots, that is,the sharing mode of private parking lots provides a new way to solve the problem of parking in big cities. At present,a number of cities in China have begun to operate private parking lots sharing platforms. But the data on the APP monitoring platform show that most APP of private parking lots sharing with small downloads, the participation of private parking lots sharing is not high, and the development of private parking lots sharing is limited. This paper makes an empirical analysis from the perspective of the supply side and the demand side of private parking lots, and analyzes the influencing factors of the willingness to share of the private parking lots owners and the factors influencing the choice intention of the model. On the basis of theoretical analysis, the concept model of the willingness to share private parking lots is first constructed, and the impact of sharing income, institutional feasibility, social impact and sharing risk on sharing willingness, and the impact of technical feasibility on sharing income are analyzed.Secondly,a conceptual model of the choice intention of private parking lots is constructed, and the impact of perceived usefulness and perceived risk on choicing intention, and the impact of participation income, perceived ease of use and social impact on perceived usefulness are investigated. In this paper, two conceptual models are analyzed with the method of empirical investigation, and the sample data of two questionnaires are analyzed statistically. And the structural equation model is used to test the hypotheses proposed in the two conceptual models. The results show that:1)sharing income and institutional feasibility have a significant positive impact on the willingness to share private parking lots, sharing risk has a significant negative impact on sharing willingness, technical feasibility has a significant positive impact on sharing income and indirect impact on sharing willingness,in which the sharing income is the most important determinant of sharing willingness, the institutional feasibility has the least influence on the sharing willingness, the technical feasibility has a greater indirect effect on the willingness to share, and 2)the perceived usefulness has a significant positive impact on the private parking lots choice intention, the participation income and the perceived ease of use have significant positive effects on perceived usefulness and have indirect influence on choice intention, social influence have a significant positive impact on perceived ease of use,in which perceived usefulness is the most important determinant affecting choice intention, and participation income has a greater indirect effect on choice intention;3)perceived risk has no significant influence on choice intention;4)social impact has no significant influence of sharing Willingness and choicing intention. This research has certain reference value for the platform operators and government departments to introduce incentive policies to further promote the sharing and use of private parking lots.
