Under the background of the sharing economy, values such as value creation, mutual assistance, energy conservation and emission reduction with shared resources are gradually becoming popular, and more and more users are participating in the sharing economy. In the field of transportation,bicycle-sharing has become a new way for people to travel daily. However,as a new type in the sharing economy, services of bicycle-sharing in all aspects have not yet been improved.Reports on issues such as sharing bicycles indiscriminately, deposits and so on affect the use of bicycle-sharing platforms.Insufficient user-friendly service experience on the platform has also constrained the development of the field. In the process of rapid industrialization of the entire sharing economy industry, industry standards, government regulations, and individual awareness of protection still need to be strengthened. The above problems will eventually lead to a decrease in users' intentions for using the bicycle-sharing platform and hinder the continuous development of the entire industry. This study takes the bicycle-sharing platform as the research object, and from the perspective of user perception, this study examines the impact of the service quality of the sharing-bicycle platform on user satisfaction and continuous use intention.Referring to relevant studies on service quality in the sharing economy at home and abroad in recent years, based on the new research scenario of sharing-bicycle,drawing upon Expectation Confirmation Theory,Service Quality Model and Unified Technology Acceptance and Acceptance Model,a theoretical research model has been constructed and corresponding hypothetical propositions are proposed.A Based on the questionnaire design, this study collected data from 437 domestic bike users. Finally, the structural model equation was established by Smart PLS2.0 to test the research model.Structural equation modeling technique was used to examine the research model. The empirical results suggest that tangibles is the most significant service quality that positively influences customers' confirmation, followed by response, empathy and reliability. Moreover, customers' confirmation of service quality is positively associated with satisfaction, which in turn promotes their continuance intention. On the basis of direct effects, this study further examined the regulatory effects of gender, age, frequency of use,and occupational categories on the model path relationships.Group analysis based on Smart PLS 2.0 shows that there are significant differences in the reliability, assurance, and tangibility of users of different genders.Users in different age groups have significant differences in reliability, responsiveness, empathy, and tangibility, and use frequency is different. The user's perception of reliability, responsiveness, and tangibility differs, while the different occupational classes have different perceptions of responsiveness, empathy, and tangibility.Theoretical implications and practical implications are discussed in the final section.
