Chinese-Russian Joint Venture Enterprise Culture Construction Research Of The Vostok Energy Corporation

The global economy,which became a historical reality in the second half of the 20 th century and a new model for the development of the traditional world economy,is gaining more weight and influence.However,contrary to forecasts,globalization does not lead to the erasure of cultural differences,rather,on the contrary,it enhances national and cultural diversity in the modern world,which is the basis of the diversity of national management models.There is a cultural and national differentiation of society,manifested in inter-civilization,inter-confessional and inter-ethnic conflicts.Corporate culture is the national economy important part,but also the national income of the primary sources.Now,with the bilateral trade and between China and Russia in foreign trade joint ventures,Chinese-Russian cultural conflict has become China's enterprise management an important issue.Now the two countries has a particularly close relationship in bilateral trade situation requires a variety of professionals,therefore,to solve this problem,this is China and Russia in the enterprise formation process conducted a series of studies.This study is based on the Chinese-Russian trade joint venture of the cultural differences,to explore the Chinese and Russian Foreign Trade joint venture culture formation strategy.Knowledge of value systems,behavioral patterns and stereotypes,understanding of national and international characteristics of people's behavior in different countries significantly improve management effectiveness,provide an opportunity to reach mutual understanding during business meetings and negotiations,resolve conflict situations and prevent the emergence of new ones.That is why the management of a firm that occurs on the border of two or more different cultures is of considerable interest both among scientists and practitioners and stands out today in a separate branch of international management-Corporate culture.
