JN Stainless Steel Industrial Park Development Strategy Research

In recent years,the stainless steel industry in Lianyungang city has developed rapidly,has formed the scale benefit,and has become one of the four pillar industries of Lianyungang city.However,there are many problems in Lianyungang stainless steel industry,such as low level repetition construction,vicious competition of enterprises,low added value of products and lack of self-owned brands,which seriously hampered the optimization and upgrading of stainless steel industry structure in Lianyungang city.Relying on Lianyungang stainless steel resources to build stainless steel industrial park,vigorously develop stainless steel extension processing,expand the production scale and market share of stainless steel,is very important to promote the industrialization process and speed up the economic adjustment structure of our city.Industrial agglomeration,as an important way and carrier of promoting economic development,is an effective regional production organization mode,which combines the industrial development with regional economy,and effectively combines the specialization of division of labor and the convenience of transaction.Through the development of industrial clusters,we can effectively improve the regional production efficiency,further refine the division of labor and collaboration in the cluster,effectively reduce the enterprise operating costs.At the same time,it can attract more enterprises to gather,promote the rapid hatching and development of enterprises in industrial cluster,consolidate the effect of expanding industrial cluster,and effectively improve the competitiveness of the agglomeration.Industrial park,as the main carrier of the current industrial agglomeration and industrial cluster,is not only the spatial bearing form of regional economic development,industrial adjustment and upgrading,but also the measurement of the level of regional economic development,which shoulders the important mission of gathering innovative resources,cultivating new industries,and promoting the construction of urbanization.Taking JN stainless steel industrial park as an example,this paper analyzes the development strategy of JN stainless steel industrial park.Firstly,based on the optimization and upgrading of industrial structure in the research and strategy,and on the basis of relevant theories of stainless steel industrial park in our country development present situation,industrial structure,regional characteristics,this paper analyzes the operation mode.Secondly,in order to analyze the internal and external market environment of JN stainless steel industrial park,in this article,through PEST analysis method,and from the political,economic,social,technical,environmental protection and so on several aspects to JN stainless steel industrial park development facing the macro environment is analyzed.At the same time,this paper analyzes the internal environment of JN stainless steel industrial park from several aspects such as the basic situation of the park,development mode,organizational structure,development status,human resources and management operation mode.Thirdly,this paper has carried on the SWOT analysis,and found that JN stainless steel industrial park facing the advantages outweigh the disadvantages,the opportunity is greater than the threat,so JN stainless steel industrial park should be chosen SO development strategies,namely the growth strategy.In terms of specific strategic positioning,JN stainless steel industrial park is committed to building a stainless steel feature park that is the highest end of Lianyungang city.Meanwhile,this paper analyzes the specific strategic choice of JN stainless steel industrial park.Finally,the article analyzes the strategic development direction of JN stainless steel industrial park,and made clear strategic implementation path,including the equipment and technology advantage ability construction,speed up the advantage of technology research and development ability construction,speed up the construction of ability to implement talent,attaches great importance to the ability of system and mechanism construction of four levels,and in this paper,the JN stainless steel industrial park development strategy implementation safeguard measures are summarized.In this paper,the development strategy of JN stainless steel industrial park,can make JN stainless steel industrial park understand the stainless steel industry as a whole development trend and the status of the economic operation,which can make a direction for the logistics enterprise or investors reference.
