Steel industry is not only one of the most important manufacturing industry, butalso the support industry of china. As a branch of steel industry, world stainless steelindustry turned into fast developing period since2000, during the years, the world’sstainless steel production increased from500,000tons in2000to16,000,000tons in2012.The stainless steel circulation enterprises, as an important part of the stainlesssteel industry, have to search for some new business mode to develop the company inthe hard economic circumstances.In this article, the author takes TJLF Company as the research object. Basicmethods like Micro-economics, Five Force Model, and Vale Chain are employed inthis article. Based on this, the author analyzes the circumstances of stainless steelindustry and the different business mode of domestic and overseas and the company’sinternal conditions and external environment. At last, with the foundation of the abovecomprehensive analyses, the author puts forward the new business mode for TJLFCompany, and even hopes it can be a reference of other enterprises which are in thesame field.
