Study On Countermeasures Of Urban Agricultural Development In Zhengzhou

As an important part of city economy urban agriculture not only has economic function and social function,but also have ecological protection function,characteristics of three feature set in one makes urban agriculture play increasingly important role in the construction of urbanization.Zhengzhou has been identified as the national regional center city in the new round of town planning,which provides new opportunities for the construction of Zhengzhou city.Zhengzhou city agriculture,an important part of Zhengzhou city economy,is bound to cause a new round of rapid development in the new round of urban construction in Zhengzhou.Therefore,the study on the development of urban agriculture in Zhengzhou has both important practical significance and theoretical guidance.This paper mainly USES environmental analysis,case study,comparison and other methods.First of all,this paper introduces the origin,concept,main development mode of urban agriculture,and the relevant theories of urban agricultural development and the research status at home and abroad.In this process,scholars have not agreed on the specific definition of urban agriculture.Instead,they agree that urban agriculture mainly has the functions of economy,ecology and society.Secondly,the paper analyzes the present situation and problems in the development of urban agriculture in Zhengzhou.At the macro level,the basic conditions,development course,main expression forms and urban agricultural spatial layout of Zhengzhou urban agricultural development are analyzed.At the micro level,three typical urban agricultural leading enterprises in Zhengzhou were selected for case analysis,and their economic and social benefits were comprehensively investigated.After macro and micro analysis,it is found that there are problems such as lack of long-term overall planning,unreasonable structure of agricultural industry,lack of talents and obvious role of government.Then,the external environment of Zhengzhou urban agriculture development were analyzed,and found that the traffic location,talent reserves of science and technology,market system is the advantageous conditions of Zhengzhou urban agriculture,land percapita reduced and the worsening ecological environment is bad for the healthy development of Zhengzhou urban agriculture.Finally,after the internal and external environmental analysis,combined with the experience of typical regional urban agriculture development,it is necessary to plan the future urban agriculture development in Zhengzhou.Establishing diversified investment mechanism and cultivating leading enterprises;To improve the comprehensive quality of urban agricultural practitioners;Improve government services and other countermeasures.
