The Reference Of International Experience To The Development Of Modern Urban Agriculture In Tianjin

With the continuous development of social economy and urbanization,urban residents put forward new requirements for agricultural development,traditional agricultural production methods can not meet the needs of modern urban residents.Urban agriculture plays a more and more important role in satisfying urban residents' closeness to nature,leisure and recreation,relaxing body and mind,promoting urban integration,eliminating the gap between urban and rural areas,and realizing the sustainable development of social economy.Therefore,the development of urban agriculture has become the inevitable choice of agricultural development in Tianjin.Firstly this paper reviews the relevant theories of urban agriculture development,laying a theoretical foundation for the development of modern urban agriculture in Tianjin.Then it combs the experience of modern urban agriculture development in developed countries such as the United States,Japan,France and the Netherlands,describes the agricultural situation in Tianjin from the aspects of agricultural development status,agricultural internal structure and agricultural organization form,and comprehensively analyses the development status of urban agriculture in Tianjin.Then the SWOT strategic analysis method is used to make a comprehensive analysis of the advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and threats of the development of modern urban agriculture in Tianjin.The countermeasures and suggestions for the development of modern urban agriculture in Tianjin are put forward.We should seize the strategic opportunities for the coordinated development of Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei,give full play to our own advantages and make up for the disadvantages.Finally,the paper concludes with the following conclusions:Firstly,Tianjin should improve the organizational level of modern urban agriculture on the basis of vigorously developing superior industries.At present,the main forms of modern urban agriculture in Tianjin are agricultural science and technology park,facility agriculture and leisure agriculture.From the experience of modern urban agriculture development in the United States,Holland and other countries,we can see that if agriculture wants to achieve long-term and sustainable development,we must improve the application of science and technology in agriculture and strengthen the combination of science and technology with agriculture.Secondly,Tianjin should give full play to its advantages,seize opportunities,overcome its disadvantages,and actively respond to international competition as well as the surrounding provinces and cities.Thirdly,put forward the countermeasures and suggestions of developing modern urban agriculture in Tianjin.Tianjin should seize the strategic opportunity of the coordinated development of Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei,improve the regional development plan,clearly orientate the industrial development priorities of Tianjin,create a good development environment to attract agricultural scientific and technological personnel,innovate the agricultural mechanism and enhance the development vitality of modern urban agriculture in Tianjin.
