Research On The Potential And Influencing Factors Of Rural Residential Land Consolidation Based On Farmers' Wishes

Chinese future decades of development potential in urbanization,urbanization will attract more of the rural population to settle in cities and towns,and the reduction of the rural population will increase rural homestead low utilization efficiency.The problem of deepening land reform,improve the rural homestead orderly exit mechanism has become the focus of all levels of government,but the farmers orderly exit homestead can not directly be used only by the homestead,homestead will become available land,therefore,imperative to research problems of rural homestead.The National Rural Homestead reform District,Jizhou District of Tianjin city as the study area,by choosing 32 typical Jizhou village in-depth field investigation,land use status and obtain relevant data using information on the basis of the analysis of land consolidation potential sources and calculate the influence factors,using Logistic regression analysis to farmers participate in the homestead will,then put forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions,as a guide for rural residential land consolidation work to provide a scientific reference,provide theoretical support and policy basis for the development of urbanization.This research mainly adopts theoretical research and empirical research,research methods of qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis,the rural residential land consolidation problem.In the aspect of theory research,carefully combing the rural homestead,rural homestead farmers,rural residential land consolidation potential and other related concepts and theory of hierarchy of needs,the public in theory and sustainable development theory and the relationship between homestead consolidation.In empirical research,firstly,the use of population prediction and farmers'willingness survey method,forecast demand for the next 5 years of homestead,homestead and per capita standard method to analyze the homestead consolidation potential,the 32 village homestead has the potential to organize some conclusions,and then using Logistic two regression model from the farmers' personal characteristics,factors of farmer household characteristics and policy characteristics of homestead will affect farmers' participation of farmers that age,education level,health status,family income,the existing residential satisfaction and land consolidation to understand the situation of farmers.It has a significant influence on the willingness to arrange homestead.Finally,according to the above quantitative analysis,the conclusion of the study is summarized and the policy suggestions are put forward.
