Quantitative Calculation Of Land Consolidation Potential In The Central Area Of Yushu Town

Land resources have an indispensable role in the economic activities of human society.China's current national conditions at this stage is a large population but the shortage of land resources,poor quality of cultivated land and lack of resources for reserve land.In this twenty-first century,the demand for construction land is growing,and the situation of cultivated land occupation has occurred in recent years.The urgent need for construction land and the irrational use of land resources Contradictions become increasingly prominent.In order to effectively resolve this contradiction,China put forward the strategic thinking on the dynamic balance adjustment of total cultivated land.Therefore,the land consolidation in the true sense has become an important basis for measuring the quality and area of cultivated land in China,and land consolidation is also an important basis for China to ensure the safe production of grain in China.In this paper,five administrative villages belonging to the elm town center area as the study area.On the foundation of related theory of land consolidation research,mainly based on the theory of sustainable development,new socialist countryside people theory,coordination theory,land economics theory and coordination theory as the theoretical foundation.Based on the new amount the cultivated land,the additional land reclamation need coefficient,measurement and calculation of the net increase of cultivated land potential coefficient,and the use of per capita construction with the standard method of rural construction in the study area for the planning of potential and realistic potential are calculated.Then obtained in the study area of different types of consolidation potential through research and analysis,conclusions are as follows:First of all,the five villages of the Yushu town mainly to agricultural land mainly land use rate and land reclamation rate is relatively high,but the forest cover is relatively low.And the relative shortage of cultivated land resources,land use efficiency is low,the level of township is not reasonable.Secondly,in the study area were the number of potential calculation and research.The results show that the study area of agricultural land consolidation potential of 1 villages in Grade 1 villages potential grade,grade II in 3 grade potential,in the village of grade III level.The potential of rural construction land consolidation potential of 1 villages in class I have 1 potential levels,at the village level ? potential level,there are 3 villages in the third grade.The potential of land reclamation potential in 1 grade potential level,in the 3 grade ? potential grade,grade ? in 1.The potential of unused agricultural land consolidation potential the force in the 1 first class potential level,in the 3 grade II potential grade,grade III in 1.The potential of the Ward clustering analysis,clustering analysis using Hierarchical Cluster function to do,get comprehensive study area potential.The results showed that the sand village to the first level potential area,Sheng Tamura II of potential area,Fu Village,Shi Fang Cun Bao Lin Cun,III area.Finally,this paper has formulated the corresponding countermeasures and measures for the above research results.Through the implementation of agricultural land consolidation,and steadily promote the construction of rural land consolidation,increase land reclamation efforts,the rational development of unused land,to promote the land consolidation of the public participation,so that the study area land consolidation to a better direction and a virtuous cycle.
