With the rapid development of China's civil aviation transport industry,China is now a truly large country of civil aviation and is heading for a powerful civil aviation country,which brings a series of aircraft stand occupancy conflicts.It has became an indisputable fact that the over ten million of the throughput of the airport is short of near contact aircraft stand resources.Under this background,how to evaluate airport capacity has become an urgent problem for civil aviation transportation airports at present in order to improve the operation efficiency and service level of airport aircraft stand system and provide basis for airport expansion and expansion plan.In this paper,it is set up with the target of the time limit value of aircraft waiting time for the the dynamic capacity evaluation model of aircraft position.And the simulation operation is completion,the following work have been carried out:1.Analyze the matching relationship between the aircraft stand and the Aircraft type.According the two aspects of type and quantity to judge whether the aircraft stand is matched with the aircraft type from the waste of the aircraft stand resources caused by the overflow of capacity and aircraft stand resources shortage caused by the shortage of capacity.2.The study of the method for determining the continuous peak period of the airport.The flow characteristics in the peak period are analyzed,and the necessity of studying the capacity of the duration of the peak period is putted forward.The influence of airport capacity changes on aircraft delay is analyzed,and the stability capacity of the airport is determined as the premise.The system clustering theory is used to study the peak duration time period,and SPSS data analysis software is used to determine the determination method of peak duration.3.The study for determining the minimum safe interval of the aircraft stand.According to the aircraft stand and type size data of ICAO annex 14 to determine the minimum interval time of each type of aircraft stand,all aircraft types and the number of parked on the airport statistical accounting,using the weighted average method to calculate the final minimum interval time of aircraft types.4.The research on the support operation time of aircraft.The raw data of the support operation time are obtained and the raw data are classified statistically by statistics of the planned support operation time of all types of aircraft.Then the final support operation time is calculated by the weighted average method based on the original data and the mixing ratio of the aircraft.5.The research on the buffering time of the aircraft stand.According to the reasons that the time for the plane to enter the airport is wheather earlier than planned or later than planned,we statistics the data of time and then use the knowledge of probability theory to fitting.Finally,we will obtain probability density functions of earlier time than the scheduled time and the arrival time later than planned.And then we use software SPSS to check the distribution function to verify its accuracy.This paper analyzes the aircraft stand occupancy situation when aircraft enter the airport earlier than planned time and later than the planned time and then obtains the calculation method of the aircraft stand buffering time.It also introduces the concept of aircraft waiting time.6.The study of the method of determining the limit value of the average waiting time for aircraft.In this paper,the situation of eight kinds of occupancy conflicts is analyzed and the probability of the eight occupancy is calculated.By using MATLAB programming,we get the relation diagram between buffering time and average waiting time.We study the rule of buffering time with the change of average waiting time,and then determine the best average waiting time.7.The dynamic capacity optimization model of the aircraft stand is set up with the target of the average waiting time limit value of the aircraft.After calculating the average waiting time limit value,we can get the buffering time of each type of aircraft stand according to the statistics data.And then we can establish the capacity model of the aircraft and explain the restrictive conditions of all kinds of data in the model.According to the established dynamic capacity calculation model of the optimal contact aircraft stand,an example is given to verify that the error between the verification results and the actual situation of the airport is within a reasonable range,and the validity and rationality of the model is verified.8.The example calculation of the aircraft stand capacity is studied and the simulation verification is carried out.In this paper,an airport with a level of forty million or above is taken as a validation airport.Combined with the current 4th satellite Hall's construction plan,the model is proved to be reasonable and effective.We run the simulation method for simulation of flight capacity.The simulation running capacity is less than the capacity of the theory.But the error is controllable within the small error range.Then we further validate the rationality and feasibility of the effective.
