Began with 2012,students born in 1990-1999 graduated from universities and gradually take part in employment.With the development of recent years,the proportion of employees born in 1990-1999 of various corporations gradually becomes larger.Employees born in 1990-1999 gradually becomes the main power in the development of companies.However,issues associated with is the management of employees born in 1990-1999.Employees born in 1990-1999 not only want to work but also want happiness.Work is only the source of income but not the whole part of live.They pay much attention to the quality of live and don’t only work hard.Hence,they show great rebellion in some traditional things.They dare to think and do,also have active thinking but weak ability when facing pressure.Based on these characteristics of employees born in 1990-1999.We can discover that they not only concentrate on satisfaction but also pay much attention to happiness of work.There are pressing theoretical significance and practical significance in studying factors affecting subjective well-being of work of employees born in 1990-1999 by introducing the concept of subjective well-being to work area.Taking employees born in 1990-1999 as subject of research,to analyze and study factors affecting subjective well-being of work of employees born in 1990-1999 by combining normative research and empirical research in this paper.There are four main parts in this paper.The first is the introduction of this paper,the second part is the theoretical research of this paper,the first two parts are mainly about the summary of the theory.The third part is the design of research and empirical research.This paper designed questionnaires and confirmed inspection methods and implementation methods based on characteristics of employees born in 1990-1999 and theories about well-being of employees.Then this paper did statistical analyses by SPSS in results and data according to collecting and finishing questionnaires.Namely it covered reliability test,descriptive statistical analysis,correlation analysis,regression analysis.Though these statistical analyses,this paper confirmed influence factors,the correlation of influence factors and so on,and I got the following conclusions:(1) The individual level and organizational level factors all affected subjective well-being of work of employees born in 1990-1999,individual level influencing factors had "neurotic" and "concealment" and "tendency" inside and outside of personality traits,self-efficacy and family support;Organizational level factors had organizational commitment and psychological ownership,comprehensivecompensation and work factors.(2) "Neurotic" of personality traits of the individual level factors and subjective well-being of work of employees born in 1990-1999 was negatively related,other factors and subjective well-being of work of employees born in 1990-1999 were positively related.Organizational level factors showed more close correlation than the individual level factors.(3) Organizational commitment, "neurotic" and "concealment" and "tendency" inside and outside of personality traits and psychological ownership,comprehensive compensation showed more significant correlation than family support,self-efficacy and work factors.According to above analysis conclusions,we can put forward some corresponding suggestions to increase subjective well-being of work of employees born in 1990-1999.These suggestions are benefit to managers of corporations to manage employees born in 1990-1999 better and provide a case reference for the sustainable development of corporations.
