In recent years, with people's material life level constantly improving, the study of well-being causes a lot of attention, the researchers in this field pay a lot of attention into it, but the most of studies focused on the quality of People's Daily life subjective well-being and mental health sense of happiness, especially for some special groups, such as college students, the elders, teachers, etc. With the development of society and the development of economy, job has become an indispensable part of people's life. People spend their most time at work. So in the enterprise, staffs'job well-being becomes more and more important, the staff's job well-being will have a profound impact on the relationship between enterprise and the staffs, and whether the enterprise can continue to grow, so the attention of enterprise staff's job well-being has a very important work of theoretical and practical significance to the enterprise, take staffs in the enterprise as the research object of study of job well-being is rarely, So I take the job well-being of staffs as the breakthrough point ,analysis the factors that impact the job well-being ,and whether there is any differences of the factors between different regions.The foreign researchers have a lot of achievement in the study of job well-being, but at home the research is still in the primary stage. Specific research involving subjective well-being condition investigation and subjective factors, subjective well-being mechanism, basic theory of explanation to use the foreign scale, but paid less attention to the structure of subjective well-being, due to the differences between Chinese and western culture, analyzing and research conclusion in the study of domestic job well-being still needs a localization. In China, the research for well-being is more about people'subject well-being in their daily life, and less about people's job well-being during their work time. so the purpose of this paper is through reading the related literature materials, including the concept of well-being, the theories of well-being and research trend, scales, the factors that influence job well-being, the interview with enterprise staffs in their job well-being and questionnaires. To analysis the factors that influence the job well-being, and if there is a difference between the two regions. Overall, it is helpful to the introduction of the concept of job well-being from theory to the practice in work in human resource management in China, but the research in job well-being still needs to expand both in the depth and breadth.This innovation is based on the the work of DengBo and MaZhanJie in 2008 four factors model for job well-being, and the family support added, this paper has formed in five factors model. Using the mature scale, will be in Chinese culture background of empirical research work well-being and its influencing factor, the relationship between the two regions this collection enterprise staff samples, and two area enterprise employee well-being comparison, see the factors in China between different regions under the environment of the influence factors are different.Through analysis the data collected from the questionnaire, we can see that psychological ownership, organizational commitment, job security and comprehensive salary, and family support all has a significant positive correlation with job well-being. and the higher the psychological ownership, organizational commitment, job security, comprehensive salary, and family support the better the job well-being. So enterprises can improve these five factors to improve the staffs'job well-being. And through the analysis, we can also see that the job well-being level between the two areas is no significant difference, and the job well-being levels are not high. Although the job well-being level between the two areas is no difference, the influence factors are not all the same. After the data analysis we can see that job security and comprehensive salary in the two areas are different .this is same with the expectation.So through this research may cause the enterprise management pay more attention to staffs'job well-being, take the job well-being of enterprise staffs as a kind of resource, it has advantages in long-term, uniqueness, reproducibility for the enterprises, and can help the enterprises form good employee relations and further improve the HR strategy. Also enterprise can improve the performance of staff through improving the staffs'job well-being, enhance the sense of belonging to enterprise, and provide a scientific theory basis so as to maintain the sustainable development of enterprise, provide specific scientific methods for management practice. All kinds of enterprises can create the staffs'open-minded, wisdom, love cultivate characteristics, to build a good culture for the staffs to improve their job well-being, so as to lay a solid foundation for the further research in job well-being and enterprise's growth and development.
