Regional Comparison Of The Impacts That "Internet +" Has On The Ecological Transformation Of Industrial Structure

In the past,the imbalance between the resources,the environment and the society brought about by the rapid economic development made us realize the necessity of changing the way of economic development and adjusting the economic structure.As the direction of industrial structure adjustment,ecology has achieved certain results in recent years,but it should be seen that the level of ecological transformation of industrial structure has been obtained is preliminary,and there is still a great difference between the requirements for sustainable development.At the same time,the rapid development of information communication technology and the Internet makes us realize that "Internet +" has gradually become a new engine to promote China's economic transformation and the effect of upgrade ecological transformation of industrial structure is more obvious.This paper selects two most representative major areas of China,namely Beijing-tianjin-Hebei regional and the Yangtze River Delta.Through the contrast analysis about relationship between the " Internet + " and the ecological transformation of industrial structure,we put forward specific countermeasures in the different regions.This article includes six chapters.The first chapter is the introduction part,introduces the present situation of China ecological transformation of industrial structure,put forward the research emphasis of the study of the relationship between "Internet +" and ecological transformation of industrial structure,and points out the main points and innovations.The second chapter is the theoretical basis,Firstly,defines the concept of "Internet +",the transformation of industrial structure and the ecological transformation of industrial structure,and then analyzes the internal mechanism of " Internet +" to ecological transformation of industrial structure,finally summed up the research of influence "Internet +" to ecological transformation of industrial structure.The third chapter construct the "Internet+" index,Includes the "Internet +" basis,"Internet+" application and "Internet +" effect,combines with the per capita total postal services,analysis "Internet +" trend of different regions:(1)from 2000 to 2008,Beijing and Shanghai high " Internet + " level,which makes the overall trend of two areas respectively to maintain the overall consistent with their general trend,showing a first slow improvement,and the rapid increase in the trend,between the two,Yangtze River Delta is higher than that of Beijing-tianjin-Hebei regional.(2)from 2009 to 2016,the Beijing high level " Internet + " led to Beijing-tianjin-Hebei regional "Internet +" convergence,to maintain a rapid growth momentum throughout the period,while Yangtze River Delta "Internet +" level fluctuate large,the whole is slightly higher than that of Beijing-tianjin-Hebei regional,but after 2015,it was surpassed by Beijing-tianjinHebei regional.The fourth chapter analyzes the characteristics of the ecological transformation of industrial structure from sustaining,rationalizing and upgrading of industrial structure.The results show that:(1)compared with the Beijing-tianjin-Hebei regional,the sustaining levels of industrial structure in the three provinces of the Yangtze River Delta is at a higher level,making the sustaining level of industrial structure in the Yangtze River Delta higher.(2)Although there is little difference in the level of rationalizing of industrial structure in the first of the two areas,as the growth rate of The level of rationalizing of industrial structure in the Yangtze River Delta become higher,it leading advantage is gradually expanding to Beijing-tianjin-Hebei regional.(3)The rising trend of the level of upgrading of industrial structure in the Yangtze River Delta is relatively stable,while Beijing-tianjin-Hebei regional is generally in the trend of oscillating upward trend.With the higher level of industrial structure in Beijing-tianjinHebei regional,its leading advantage begins to appear.The fifth chapter through the construction of the linear regression model and error correction model of "Internet +" and the ecological transformation of industrial structure,analysis different relationship between regional of "Internet+" and the ecological transformation of industrial structure comparatively.The conclusion shows:(1)from 2000 to 2008,the two areas "Internet +" have a certain positive effect on the sustaining levels of industrial structure,the Beijing-tianjin-Hebei regional is slightly higher than the Yangtze River Delta;Beijingtianjin-Hebei regional "Internet +" on the rationalizing of industrial structure in the longterm memory in the positive effect,and The Yangtze River Delta region has positive effect in long and short term,the Yangtze River Delta region is slightly higher than Beijingtianjin-Hebei regional;"Internet +" have a positive impact on the level of upgrading of industrial structure in both area,but the influence was weaker.(2)from 2009 to 2016,Beijing-tianjin-Hebei regional and Yangtze River Delta "Internet +" have significantly positive impact on the sustaining levels of industrial structure,but Yangtze River Delta region is higher than that of Beijing-tianjin-Hebei regional;Beijing-tianjin-Hebei regional and Yangtze River Delta "Internet +" have some positive effects on the rationalizing of industrial structure,but the Yangtze River Delta Higher than Beijing-tianjin-Hebei regional;Beijing-tianjin-Hebei regional and the Yangtze River Delta "Internet +" has positive influence on the upgrading of industrial structure,but the impact is weak,little difference between the two areas.The sixth chapter are conclusions and policy recommendations,summarized the conclusion of this paper,the level of "Internet +" and ecological transformation of industrial structure of the two typical economic areas.
