Study On Urbanization Of Urban Village

In 2013,premier Li Keqiang proposed that the core of a new type of urbanization is the urbanization of people,which should promote the urbanization process and improve the quality of urbanization.The paper mainly studies urban village reconstruction of Zhengzhou national hi-tech industrial development zone and focuse on future generations.The research focuses on people and takes the urban villages in Zhengzhou high-tech zone as an example,which has the precise research scope and a certain practical significance.The thesis clarifies the concept of the urbanization of villages,urbanization and people and use the people-oriented,man's all-round development,people's modernization and urbanization theory as the theoretical basis.The urbanization of urban village reconstruction in high-tech zone is necessary,which embodies in three aspects.The development thought of the government of high-tech zone takes the people as the center.Secondly,the management committee of the high tech zone is a powerful push to implement the new development of the new concept.The urbanization of people in high-tech zone is the specific scope of the supply-side structural reform of high-tech zone.Zhengzhou high-tech zone has 39 administrative villages and 76 natural villages.Although the reconstruction of the city of high-tech zone has achieved great achievements,many problems still exist in this magnificent project.The social security system is not sound and the cost of living has increased significantly.The villagers in the village have low ideological and moral standards,and the civilization quality needs to be improved.The students in the city are lack of high-quality education resources,and the learning environment is not guaranteed.The foundation of science and culture of the villagers in Zhengzhou village is poor,and the employment problem is difficult to solve.The villagers' traditional ideas are deeply rooted and the spiritual life is short.There are many reasons for the above problems,whether it is government organs,community district committee or village villagers.The social security mechanism of the government is not effective enough to consider the actual situation of the villagers in the city.The community district committee ignored the ideological and moral construction of the villagers in the village,and lacked the propaganda of spiritual civilization.The villager's life style is not suitable for the modern urbanization society,which is incompatible with the urban life.The construction of community infrastructure is not perfect,and it
