Research On The Transformation Of Urban Village In Guanghan Under The Background Of New Urbanization

Since the implementation of China's reform and opening up,China has made breakthrough progress in urbanization,and has put forward the concept of new urbanization in recent years.The new type of urbanization plays an important role in the construction of well-off society in China.The reconstruction of the village is a positive response to the urbanization development strategy led by the CPC central committee.The village in the city is formed in the background of the dual urban and rural areas,with the development of urbanization in our country,the problem of urban village reconstruction is becoming more and more prominent.Based on this background,the subject first analyzes the related theories such as traditional urbanization,new urbanization,service-oriented government,etc.secondly,describes the current situation and reconstruction status of urban villages in Guanghan city,analyzes the causes of urban villages,and discusses the transformation strategies of urban villages in Guanghan city under the background of new urbanization.finally,the research conclusions and future research prospects are discussed.
