Urban land expansion is an obvious feature of land urbanization in space. With the rapid advancement of reform and opening up,the gradual increase in China's economic construction and social productivity has led to an increase in demand for land and the rapid expansion of urban land use.At the same time, issues such as the ecological environment, resource sustainability, and urban management have also emerged on a regular basis. The expansion of urban land use has naturally become a hot topic.Poyang Lake Ecological Economic Zone is the economic demonstration zone for the coordinated development of ecological civilization and economic and social development. It is also the core growth pole for realizing the rise of Central China.Science and technology informatization and social knowledge are constantly moving forward, and urban land expansion is increasing. In this context, this article quantitatively analyzes the internal expansion rules of the Poyang Lake Ecological Economic Zone and comprehensively understands the urbanization development situation of the Poyang Lake Ecological Economic Zone, reveals the development distance and mechanism of urban development, and provides scientifically formulated town planning for all levels of departments.reference.The study draws the following conclusions:(1)From the perspective of the urban land expansion pattern, the compactness index of the Poyang Lake Ecological Economic Zone during the period from 2000 to 2015 showed a trend of 4 clocks.Jiujiang City,a relatively stable town, showed a continuous upward trend, indicating that the overall spatial shape of the town is becoming increasingly compact.Internally-filled development dominates;compactness indices of Nanchang,Jinxian,Pengze,Duchang,Yongxiu,Jiujiang,Dongxiang,Yingtan,Youyang,Yugan and Gao'an.It showed a continuous downward trend, indicating that the spatial pattern of each town is increasingly discrete. In 2000-2015,the year-on-year increase of the fractal dimension index in Nanchang,Jinxian,Duchang, and Yingtan,,the expansion of urban built-up areas is dominated by outwards.(2)From the perspective of the spatial differentiation of urban land expansion,(1)1 the area of urban built-up areas in the Poyang Lake Ecological Economic Zone increased from 26600.9357 hectares in 2000 to 82286.1443 hectares in 2015,of which, the number increased by 13547.1684 hectares in 2000-2005;in 2005-2010,It increased by 21032.0852;it increased by 21105.9549 hectares in 2010-2015,and the urbanization of land continued to accelerate. In addition, without the development of cities and towns,Nanchang is the center of politics, economy and culture in Jiangxi Province.Piloting the development of Poyang Lake Ecological Economic Zone in depth,it is the single largest area of the study area. The cities with moderate expansion are Nanchang,Xinjian,Jiujiang,Jingdezhen,Xinyu, and Fuzhou.Among them,Nanchang and Xinjian are driven by the radiation of Nanchang to accelerate their social and economic development;Jiujiang,Jingdezhen,Xinyu Fuzhou and Fuzhou are located on the edge of the Poyang Lake Ecological Economic Zone. With the implementation of the development strategy of each town, the expanded area is second only to Nanchang but superior to Jinxian,Pengze,Xingzi,Wuning and other small-scale expansion towns.(2)From 2000 to 2015,the average annual expansion rate in the study area first increased and then decreased. For cities and towns,Xinjian,Anyi,Jinxian, and Dongxiang had the fastest expansion rates.(3)The intensity of the expansion of the research area gradually increased during the 15 years from 2000 to 2015,and reached 0.0824% in 2015.From the perspective of towns, the strengths of Nanchang,Jiujiang,Jingdezhen and Yingtan are obviously higher than those of other towns.(3)From the aspect of spatial expansion of urban land use,the “hot spot area” and “cold spot area” have been constantly changing and escalating in other cities and towns except Nanchang which has always occupied the “hot spot”.From 2000 to 2005,it was only a “hot spot” in Nanchang;from 2005 to 2010,the number of hot spots has increased significantly, including Nanchang,Jiujiang,Jingdezhen and Yingtan;from 2010 to 2015,the hot spot area is only Nanchang.(4)Urban land expansion is influenced by multiple factors. This paper uses the GWR model to establish the relationship between urban land expansion and driving factors. The results show that the ratio of the tertiary industry to the secondary industry, the urbanization rate, and the budgetary fiscal revenue to urban land expansion influence is obvious. There is a significant positive correlation between urbanization rate, budgetary fiscal revenue and expansion of urban land use,and the relationship between the ratio of the tertiary industry in the secondary industry and the expansion of urban land use fluctuates. There is also a significant positive correlation and a significant negative correlation. The reason may be that the development level of the secondary and tertiary industries in various cities and towns before 2010 is lower than the development speed of the tertiary industry, and the demand for industrial and other land is continuously expanding, which effectively promotes the expansion of urban land use. However, after 2010,the potential for economic development is released. To adapt to economic and social development, industrial land in the central area will be replaced with commercial or residential land, the urban land structure will change accordingly.
