Urbanization and aging are the two major characteristics of China's economy and society today.They interact and influence each other.Since the beginning of the 21 st century,the issue of aging in China has begun to become prominent,becoming the country with the largest number of elderly people and the fastest growth rate in the world.The problem of rural old-age care is particularly severe.With the advancement of urbanization,the issue of rural pensioning presents new features and faces new challenges and opportunities.This article examines rural pension issues in the context of urbanization,explores new features and trends in rural aged care issues,and provides them with new ideas to gets theoretical and practical evidence for addressing rural aged care issues.This article reviews the relevant literature and data on rural old-age care in rural areas in China,and combines the relevant conditions of rural research in rural areas in Anyang,applying urban-rural dual structure theory,urban-rural integration theory,family support theory,social exchange theory and other related theories,and striving for rural areas.The status of old-age care has formed a comprehensive and clear grasp.First of all,urbanization has a beneficial effect on rural old-age care,which is conducive to narrowing the gap between urban and rural old-age pensions,and is conducive to the gradual improvement of the new rural old-age insurance system,especially the new type of urbanization.This will help provide better social services for the elderly.The rural development strategy proposed by the Ninth National Congress will be conducive to the overall development and prosperity of rural areas.Second,there is also a disadvantageous aspect of urbanization in rural areas.The aging of the rural population is accelerating,the elderly left behind in rural areas are increasing,and the long-term urban-rural dual structure has caused Rural economic development is backward.The author collected relevant data through visits and surveys in some rural areas of Anyang,which provided a clearer understanding of the current situation of the rural elderly in terms of economy,life,medical care,and spiritual comfort.By analyzing the current situation of rural old-age care in the context of urbanization,we find the following problems: serious aging of rural areas,single and unstable economic sources of rural elderly,insufficiency of social pension insurance,inadequate rural old-age care facilities,changes in the structure of rural families,and filial piety culture Weakening the decline in the status of the elderly.The problem of old-age care faced in the process of urbanization is not unique to China.Many developed countries have also experienced similar stages,such as Japan,the United States,and Germany.They provide valuable experience for our country to solve rural old-age care issues,which can be summarized as follows: Points: Improve the multi-level threedimensionalization of the pension-related legal system,giving full play to the leading role of the government,maintaining policy relevance,and paying attention to the pension security system.Based on the above-mentioned status ?problems and foreign experiences of rural oldage care,this paper proposes six measures or measures,including accelerating the construction of new urbanization,accelerating agricultural modernization,improving the rural pension insurance system,attaching importance to the basic role of family pension,and vigorously developing socialization.Retirement,good old-age culture construction,etc.We hope that we can provide a reference for better solving the problems of rural old-age care,so that old people in rural areas can enjoy old age.
