Research On The Knowledge Service Model Oriented To The University Think Tank

The social influence of University think tanks in China has gradually increased,and is widely concerned by government,universities and academia.Over the years,our government has issued various legal documents to support its innovation and development,and regards it as an important force for the service society,the government,the school enterprise and the public.However,with the increasing demand of the society and the intensification of the competition in the knowledge service market,there are still many problems in the construction and development of our think tanks,such as the problems of knowledge resources,human resources and technical resources,which make the development of the think tank of colleges and universities limited,and warn us that it is urgent to develop and research knowledge service theory and Practice for University think tanks in China.At present,the number and quality of the University think tanks have been improved,and the demand for various knowledge is also improved.The level of demand is not only limited to the traditional level,but also has a great desire for some innovative knowledge and service.In addition,the state clearly put forward that we should strengthen the construction of University think tanks,so as to promote the innovation and development of University think tanks in all regions,and give full play to their advisory services and policy implications.Therefore,it is of theoretical and practical significance to study the model of knowledge service oriented to the University think tank,and play a vital role in improving its service efficiency and social influence by the way of "qualitative and quantitative" combination.First,from the connotation and classification of the think tank,the connotation,function and characteristics of the University think tank,the concept and characteristics of the knowledge service,the concept of the knowledge service model,the basic theories of the think tank,the University think tank,the knowledge service and the knowledge service mode are discussed,from the knowledge life cycle theory,the open access theory and the association.Based on the theory of innovation and the theory of new public service,we explore the theoretical basis of knowledge service for University think tanks.Secondly,the author expounds the development of the knowledge service oriented to the University think tank from two aspects of the stage development and the policy development,and probes into the mode of the present knowledge service oriented to the University think tank,and analyzes the shortcomings of the existingmodel.Then,through the form of questionnaire survey,the author investigates the knowledge demand of University think tank in construction and service process with the University think tank as the research object,and investigates the influence factors of the knowledge service oriented to the University think tank with the University think tank and the knowledge service organization as the research object.Finally,according to the previous research,the author analyses the characteristics of the new model,constructs a new model of collaborative integrated knowledge service for the face university think tank,points out the advantages of the new model,and puts forward the Countermeasures for the realization of the knowledge service mode for the University think tank.
